Do you need spine surgery?

Annie L – 68 – May 2013…

I would like to thank Dr. M. Darryl Antonacci, Dr. Laury A. Cuddihy and Joel Gorenstein, Physicians Assistant, for my Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion Disc Replacement on October 12, 2012.

Since the procedure my conditions have immensely improved: both the pain in the back of my buttocks, both thighs and the heaviness I used to feel is now gone. I am able to walk without assistance and live a relatively normal life again.

I would especially like to thank Dr. Antonacci for saving my life. Because of his extensive examination including a chest ex-ray done at the University Medical Center of Princeton just before my back surgery, the results showed I had a spot on my right lung and in turn I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Lung Cancer on March 19, 2013. I have undergone DaVince VATS Right Upper Lobectomy, Mediastinal Lymph Node Dissection and now going through Chemotherapy.

I graciously thank you and your staff again for finding this spot on my lungs. Since I live a smoke, drug and alcohol free life this went undetected, but I was told this was environmental.

Again I am so thank for your dedication and expertise.
