I am writing this letter to thank you for ridding me of the pain that prevented me from living my life as I always had in the past. I lived with pain for four years before the lumbar fusion surgery. Now, ten months after the surgery, I am working out five times per week, lost twenty five pounds, can play with and lift my two year old, all without pain!
Prior to the surgery, you spent a large amount of time with my wife and I answering all our questions. You explained the procedure thoroughly and gave a detailed description of what the recovery would be like. This helped us to prepare and make the process go smoothly.
After the surgery you spent time with my family answering their questions. When I had questions after going home you called back almost immediately and once even answered the phone directly. This level of care helped greatly during my early recovery.
